Achieving the perfect brow isn’t exactly a walk in the park, which is why I’m fully appreciative of brow tools, which help to make eyebrow pencil applications all the more easy. Today I’d like to talk about one of my favourite eyebrow tools on the market, the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz and how this little firecracker of a product is shaping the way I apply my eyebrow looks both personally and professionally.
The product itself is double edged, with a spooley brush on one end and an ultra-fine pencil on the other. The great thing about this pencil is that it provides a very natural finish and because of that, it’s easy to fill in your eyebrows finely.
The Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz comes in nine different colours:
I’m impressed by the range of colours as this makes colour matching an absolute breeze! The colours were specifically chosen to match a range of brow tones, from blonde, to red, brown and black. With such a vast range of colours to choose from, I’m sure there will be a perfect match for each and every one of you!
Priced at £15 per pencil, they’re in the mid-range pricing level for a decent eyebrow brush, but trust me when I say that it really is worth the investment.
A note on applying the product:
Before applying the product, start off by brushing your brows with the spooley in both upwards and downwards motions to give you an idea of where your natural brow line is. Next, you’ll want to use the pencil to gently draw in the line at the bottom edge of the brows all the way along, followed by the line at the top of your brows. Once that part is over, draw fine brow lines in upward motion, mimicking the growth of your natural brows and then blend the product in gently with the spooley brush.
Have you tried the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz? Is there another eyebrow pencil that you’d like me to review? Drop me a note by leaving a comment below!
