Product review of the week: Milani Amore Mattalics Lip Crème

I’ve already written a review on Milani’s Baked Blush in Luminoso, today I continue my love for the brand with a quick note their newest lipstick range, the Milani Amore Mattalics Lip Crème.

 

Milani have released a limited edition range of metallic matte liquid lipsticks to die for. These lush limited edition lipsticks, which come in 8 shades, give a smooth and matte finish without drying out your lips, which tends to be the general problem with matte lipsticks. Problem solved.

 

Application is pretty straight forward, simply apply your chosen shade using the soft plush applicator and glide the liquid lipstick across your lips. I would suggest outlining your top and bottom lips first, filling them in after. The Amore Mattalics Lip Crème is also incredibly long-lasting, giving you up to 12 hours of smudge proof, kissable lips post-application.

 

As for the 8 shades, these range from bronzed metallic orange, through to bright pinks and a deep purple. It really is a nice range of shades to try out this summer, especially if you’re planning a sunny beach holiday!

Cinemattic Kiss: a cool speckled pink

 

Dramattic Diva: bright fuchsia

 

Mattely in Love: a warm reddish-pink with gold speckles

 

Automattic Touch: pinkish purple

 

Raving Matte: a deep purple

 

The best thing about this range is the price. As with the Baked Blush range, these lipsticks are available over the counter at just £7.99 per lipstick. Good quality has never looked so good!
