When it comes to cosmetics, the one thing a lot of women struggle with is applying just enough makeup to achieve a natural looking glow without it looking overdone. Read on for a tutorial I give to all my clients on getting that natural summer glow in no time at all!

Here’s what you’ll need:

Foundation – I suggest Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation

Concealer – I love Tarte Shape Tape Concealer

Setting powder – Try RCMA No colour Powder.

Bronzer – I’m all over Benefit’s Hoola Bronzer

Highlighter – My current fave is  Becca Smimmering perfector in Champagne Pop

Mascara – Benefit’s Roller Lash is a favourite

Pink lip gloss – any gloss will do

Here’s how it’s done:

As with all of my tutorials, I am going to tell you that moisturising your skin is key to setting a good foundation on which to start applying makeup. Glowing skin is dewy, fresh and moisturised, so always start with a clean and well moisturised base.

As of lately, I am achieving great results by using Farsali Rose Gold Elixir after moisturizer. It is light weight moisturizing oil that contains 24K gold particles.Base of this luxurious elixir is: Rosehip Oil. When used in combination with makeup foundation is simply makes your skin glow. I love, love, love this product.

Apply a lightweight foundation using stippling motions, don’t go heavy on the foundation because you want it to look fresh and natural.

Apply your concealer of choice and set it with a powder.

Take your bronzer and apply it to the areas of your face where the sun would naturally hit, such as the top of your cheekbones, the raised part of your nose and where your forehead meets your hairline. Remember, your bronzer is meant to look natural, for a sun-kissed effect, so keep your bronzer application to the minimum.

Next, you’ll want to highlight your face to balance out your bronzer. Take your highlighter and lightly highlight your face following this tutorial on how to highlight like a pro.

Finish your look off by applying a couple of coats of mascara. Again, it’s a natural look you’re going for so don’t overdo the mascara to the point of clumping!

Juice up those lips with a light pink lip gloss and you’re ready to go!
